Can't view my own profile.

Top right drop down > Profile. Can't access and throws error code EX1054.

Checked with a few people and others are having the issue too, mainly mentors from what I could tell.

Also seems to apply for everyone, that they can't access our profiles either. (http://www.altislife.co.uk/profile/10767-cmo-marc-smith/)

Edit: Scrap that, some mentors can access their profiles, others can't. Trying to find a common issue

We have found that it is a problem with the Form plugin, that handles the applications for Police, NHS and soforth. We have disabled it temporarily and are looking into it.
