Would it be possible to add a car payment system were you lets say have a up front payment of 25% and pay a weekly set amount and if you fail to pay you cant get your car out of the garage or potentially if the car dealership is player run, you'll have law suit or certain people after you.

Already mentioned something like this to stealthee but with an app on the phone that would list reg plates and the make/model of the car so that people doing a tow job as a civillian for instance would be able to tow them and drop them at the impound for a cash % of what the car is worth. Would also love to see the player owned dealerships/tuning shops with illegal mods etc as it's something i'd love to own/run myself.
