Car Retrieving Bug

Since purchasing a new house (122) my vehicles are not loading correctly when I retrieve them from my garage. I was assured this can't be because of a particular house, but strangely I rarely get it elsewhere.
I'm now in a situation where I have to steal a car and try to drive out of the area in hope that it will load.
