Change how Smooth Throttle Control Works.

Having to hold it makes it very inconvenient and very rarely used and seen by the community, it has great potential in roleplay as it allows players to drive very calmly and not rev their vehicle's engine like a chav before driving off from a red traffic light. + Edit > It would better be utilised being a toggle based system, like the Speedlimiter.

I think it's a heavily underused game mechanic that can really enhance roleplay by allowing police vehicles specifically to appear more professional and less like we're street racers lol.

I know it was added for muscle cars but I use it for most things, it really does make the driving off from lights go much nicer, lucky I have a spare foot pedal I set it to but a toggle would be pretty nice to have +1

I personally recommend assigning the feature to a key that can easily be held down alongside regular driving controls.
