Change the old Altis reputation forum tags to LS tags

Since the destruction of the well loved Island altis (and malden)  the old forum tags have stayed.

Most of these do not make sense as most of them are outdated like:

Cement Miner, Silica Miner, Cider Brewer and the list goes on and on...
Some of the old ones like Apple picker etc makes sense to keep.

Changing them would make it less confusion to the newer forum members and make more sense as RPUK is mainly a GTARP server now. It is not the biggest change and shouldnt require a lot of web work as it is mainly renaming them and coming up with new things.

Some of the new ones could maybe be like:

Mechanic

Hunter

Local

Drug Dealer

This isnt something big and definitely something that shouldnt be prioritized, but it would improve the quality of the forums! Maybe if someone got any smart or well fitting reputation tags comment them!

i want them to stay tbf, it's not something that hurts anyone, and it gives a bit of a throwback to where the community started
