Character based phone rather than SteamID

Hello. 

My suggestion is fairly straight forward. Make it so your phone is character based rather than account based. Currently if I log onto my police character, use Reddit, use twitter, use contacts/messaging my other criminal character will have this same information on his phone. (Now, although I'm not using it it's very annoying as I don't know who I have met on my cop character compared to my civ character if I were to have the phone numbers of a lot of people) 

Unsure if this is at all possible, but here's hoping.

Contacts should be character based from a few updates ago, however stuff like twitter login are locally stored on your client so you will have to logout and back into another account.
