Chop Shop/Level System & Mechanic Suggestion

Have a Chop Shop in the city where players can chop up any vehicles off the street to get money have it vary price range of chopping up 3 door vehicles (2 door and trunk) and 5 door vehicles (4 door vehicle and trunk) and getting a chance of getting vehicle parts such as Brakes, Transmission, Turbo, Suspension and many more to then getting illegal items such as Nos Upgrade Kit and Car Armour (nos upgrade kit and car armour being a low percent chance getting one of the two) for your vehicles, the higher the level you are in Chop being max level 10 get more items/money for it and then once any of these items are obtained you can take them and use them at any of the player owned Mechanic garages in the city and have a mechanic fit it on for you with the price they willing to do for it.
