I don't normally report this small stuff, but given I have seen this guy mouthing off and breaking RP a few times now, I've had enough of it. It is supposed to be an adult community and this just sets a bad example to the younger players.

Description of what happened:
I was near the Kavala safezone and the player above ran up to me (presumably thinking I was a cop) and started saying something about somebody mugging him (I think, I struggled with the accent). Anyway upon this, I asked for his name to see if he was on the bounty list. Low and behold, he was, but when I was in the menu he began running probably realising his mistake. So I caught up to him and he surrendered and continued with the arrest. As he was just throwing out insults and complaints I drove him to the nearest police station and wanted to try and explain the situation, but that wasn't successful since he didn't stop the insults. Throughout this he repeatedly broke roleplay and just hurled insults.
After the incident he told me to join teamspeak because allegedly the admins wanted to speak to me. So I joined and spoke to Ciaran since he did not state which admin this was. My conversation with Ciaran is as follows:

<15:38:02> "Våffla": Guy by the name of Chris J said you want to speak to me
<15:38:57> "Ciaran": Do you know what admin exactly? Nobody in this room even knows a Chris J.
<15:39:21> "Våffla": Nope, asked him for clarification. He sounds like a little shit so wouldn't surprise me if he was lying.
<15:39:35> "Ciaran": Where is he asking you?
<15:39:49> "Våffla": Sent me a text on Server 1, I have screenshots if need be
<15:40:02> "Våffla": All he said is join TS admins want me. That was it
<15:40:30> "Ciaran": I beleive he is lying to you then, no admins online have asked for you.
<15:40:42> "Våffla": Ok thanks man
<15:40:47> "Ciaran": No problem.
When asking for clarification, I asked my friend Fawuffy to text Chris J on my behalf to ask which admin and what teamspeak room. His replies were to the nature of "I'll get the admin back in" and "admin said you must be in wrong TS", clearly again talking crap since I just spoke to the admins online and was in the help room with Fuel. I explained the situation to Fuel and here are his responses:

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Yes, I turned up to Teamspeak when he asked, he was not there despite his insistence. I am sure the Teamspeak logs would also be useful on the matter. Before I could re-contact him in-game, he disconnected.

This video is of the initial incident. He tried to claim it wasn't rolepaly and that I metagamed him. Yes I could see the name above his head, but you can also hear him clearly handing over his name and that I checked the bounty list for him. He also admits in the video that he came to us, we did not go after him.
