Having the ability to buy cigarette from shops or even buying tobacco with rolling papers.

If you can buy rolling papers, making blunts you can smoke. 

So this replaces the / commands and gives a roleplay item for people to enjoy. Creates more roleplay for everyone and for cops to search for ( blunts)

Pros: Takes money out of the server buy ordering them into shops. Creates roleplay. 

Cons: Cops will have to search people more for "blunts". Dev Work.

If it doesn't take much dev time to implement then yeah it would be pretty cool to see. +1

Something that would take longer but would be really interesting is using cigarettes and blunts as a currency in prison with an option to then trade it for cash when you get out like chips at the casino.

Big +1 to having these, I would also like to see them giving certain benefits and weaknesses. For example, blunt could give a temp health bonus (slightly above normal max health) but also slightly decreases your stamina for that period of time.

The time I became an alcoholic I wish there was affects on alcohol, I wish lsd would give you the trip that Michael gets on gta story mode like really fucked up, and all the different drugs to have different effects, because it could make for like some really funny RP even for police arresting someone who's tripping out

Could you go a step further and add tobacco farming into the farms up north. Legal farming should hopefully be a fairly easy job..... for the Oneills etc.

They also should have a bad effect / maybe you would need RP with NHS to get ride of side effects.

Addiction. Pop up message saying you need a fix, the same way you get food and drink alerts. Damage over time to health and/or blurred vision etc like current side effects from injury.

Cleaning it via rehab with the NHS.
