one suggestion for the solution. you add the suit vest to "vest" and get the dress shirt as normal jacket. maybe that works?

Dont have access to female clothing, but is there not another suit with a color variant you can get that fits?

There will always be some clothing combos that do not fit. Many can be adjusted by changing the arms. We are unable to raise bugs for all unmatching clothing options
