Clothing Texture submission

Using that link takes you to submit a texture for the server but it has what appears to be outdated things on it, such as Steam ID requests, ALUK and confusingly things to do with gang bases and information regarding gangs.  Unsure if this is intentional but seems to be a little strange to me

Rather odd... It appears it merged with the gang base application form which is a old one, the clothing one is a brand new form
