Coalition Ranch Bugs

Through-out The Vagos vs Coalition war we have had many shoot outs at the Ranch on the top floor which are usually fun but it feels like it has got to a point with its "buggyness" that we can no longer continue to have fair fights in there. Given that this is the only part of the Ranch coalition use to defend the entire turf I dont think it is fair to continue using the advantages it brings with the number of bugs that come with it and the mechanics of the doors.  I'm not sure of the causes but I have gathered as many clips as possible for examples;

This first clip shows something we have encountered a number of times and it is random teleporting inside the MLO where you almost move at warp speed for no apparent reason.  At 29 seconds you can see someone come out from the room with the door at his back. The door then closes and he is behind it still in the corridor which means he phased through the door.

In this clip you can see Haza kills someone who is in plain view of the window. However when you see the POV of the person killed he isn't even at that location so the textures are clearly bugged

In this clip you can see the door moves however remains closed, It is obvious from the Shooters POV that the door is now open for him and he has a clear shot. This means he can kill the Vagos member through a door without being seen. This is the main bug we encounter most times we fight. Doors seem to be 1 way open for people so they can shoot through the "closed" door as it looks open for them but not the person being shot.

The warp speed thing I have notice happen before when running about, usually happens if you aim and unaim quickly while moving, hard to replicate it though.

The doors happen with all the doors in fivem/gta. Looks to be it doesn't all ways sync for everyone the state of the door, not sure anything at all can be done about that. Not exclusive to the ranch.

We also thought this was a bug, but turns out it is coded this way to reduce lag around the ranch. From a certain distance outside some of the interior and walls do not render. If anything this is an advantage to anyone attacking the ranch and we have not complained about it since the first day this happened and it was tested/investigated.

This is a texture bug (and has never been abused). This has also been recently fixed by the creator of the MLO, just needs devs to implement the fix.

The first OOC screenshot is just talking about the doors, which was explained previously.

The 2nd OOC screenshot is taken out of context, I replied back to Owen OOC telling him Rikka was not invisible or exploiting but was just blind firing from the corner at an angle Owen could not see (I was in a position to see RIkka at the top of the stairs blind firing round the corner)

PS: Not trying to argue anything here btw, just giving Devs some more context

I will be rejecting this as it's over a year old now, if it still proves to be an issue please raise a new report

 
Sorry, either we've been unable to reproduce this bug with enough detail, or its not been considered a bug.
Nevertheless, we appreciate your efforts, please do not be discouraged in submitting new bug reports going forward.​
