Description of what happened:
I was downed during a firefight near the bridge next to Oil processing, and already had backup arrive from PC Robin. As he killed Dimitry Juan he immediately combat logged and after waiting until restart (10 minutes) he did not attempt to make any contact to explain why he disconnected.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
2E) Logging/Combat logging at any point where you are in RP is exploiting.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
No, he disconnected and has not made contact.
