Please provide full detail and evidence: Due to the nlr in the report with coalition i sadly lost my items in the image if he paul mclovin was not shot i was the next person to be carried into the pillbox but because of the nlr that was not the case.

The person whom was banned from that report, did break a rule but he did not down you. Someone else in Coalition downed you, had the *now* banned player not been there. The situation could have resulted in the same way.
