I will explain what had happened, you placed your bet during an on going game (as seen in your clip, the card were already being dealt and then you placed your bet down) 

If you look slowly, you'll see the timer had actually ran out and the cards were being dealt hence you not getting any cards yourself.

Next time wait for the next game before you place your bet. Due to this being the first occasion we've seen you here for something like this I am willing to compensate you your chips today however, if you are to do the same thing again you will not be compensated for this.
