Please provide full detail and evidence: Withdrew 25k from the cashpoint, went to the customs and selected an item I already had. Got told I had 'Purchased' it again, despite it already being equipped. Not sure if this is a bug and will be accepted, or intentional and therefore user error? Left me with 3k roughly, so the claim would be 22k.

Hello @Ben Dysonthank you for submitting a compensation requests.

The compensation request will be denied due to you buying the same thing that you already had on your bike. It will come under this rule in compensation request rules. Although I do believe it is a bit of a bug but you also made a mistake by clicking it again.


 

User Error ( You accidentally pressed the wrong button / Purchased the wrong asset / Forgetting to sync data )
