Please provide full detail and evidence: So we were in a gun fight with police and my friends needed a sniper so I jumped in a chopper and headed to the mountain outside of coke processor then I go to take of because I told there were multiple people on the hill I was so I got in my chopper and started up the chopper and started to fly off but when I was flying up it was going to the side (auto hover was turned off) then it blew up on nothing.Suddenly my friends saw me on the floor and started to drag me to the huron and take me to the hospital and when we were in the air getting reasonably close to the hospital and I was somehow kicked!

After watching the video of this so called "glitch" i have concluded with the crash being coused due to pilot error. The way to properly take off from a hill side woud be to spolling engines up to full power before taking off as demonstrated here.

Over to the kick this is coused due to your ping spiking over ping limit. This is classed as a "Client Error" and their for is not something we offer compensation for. Therefor i unfortunately have to refuse this compensation request.
