The date when this happened: 09/20/23

Please provide full detail and evidence: Was flying to Cayo Perico with Kat, she was the pilot, once we landed we fell through the runway and died, Kat opened a ticket to see if we could get revived but as it was late no one was available so we respawned.
Time of me going down was around 2:04am.
Time of me respawning was around 2:26am.

Can I ask, why did you respawn early and not wait the full hour for staff to come assist you, or log off after creating a ticket notifying staff & waiting until the next day where staff could've assisted you then?

It was late at the time and I wanted to continue playing, I didn't expect staff response with the time it was. For reference it was Kat who opened the ticket as the issue experienced she has very regularly. I didn't realize that logging off under a circumstance like that was an option especially as I would not be wanting to risk an accidental combat log ban which would simply create more issues, although it still would not have been of use to myself as I'm usually playing till like 6-7am on a regular basis.

However, next time, wait the full hour in case a staff member is able to respond before you bleed out. I recognise & understand that it was late & the liklihood was slim, but you never know so don't force respawn. 

In cases where you need to log off, you'd most likely already have a ticket open by this point so just notify us that you've logged off & we'll be able to provide assistance once someone reviews the ticket - you don't need to force respawn.
