Please provide full detail and evidence: I was flying around just messing with thermals just showing a friend on skype how Arma3 is as a game as hes seen me play it loads on steam so I thought I'd screenshare and show him over skype, hence why I muted the video sound as my mic was muted on TeamSpeak aswell.

User error, in the future do not spam v and you will not eject from the seat let alone the plane. Also in future you don't need to remove the whole audio if your mic is muted it has no additional effect that it may be missing your voice.
