Please provide full detail and evidence: Midnight restart between 17/03 and 18/03 didnt happen until 00:05 ish of 18/03. During that time my lost my Ifrit. I believe if the restart was done in a usual manner I wouldn't have lost it.

Hello @HostTigerPT. Although the restart was supposed to happen at 12:00, your Ifrit was scrapped fair and square. We can unfortunately not compensate you for this, as you cannot rely on a server restart to keep your Ifrit safe. 

After evaluating this compensation request with multiple other staff members, we came to a decision that your compensation request will be Refused.
