Please provide full detail and evidence: went to the delivery hub to do a delivery for Mosley's i went to rent a truck nothing happened so i thought was bugged so i went to buy a phantom as i have been meaning to for a while when i done that nothing happened but the truck i rented spawned and then another i went to accept my delivery and then two phantoms where bought.I would like to keep one of the phantoms as i meant to buy it.
