As mentioned by yourself in the ticket, you have been unable to provide us evidence of what you actually lost. I understand you have an image of what you may have had previously but as stated by yourself it is not 100% accurate.

Due to the fact I cannot confidently know if you lost these items due to a glitch/bug or not, I will unfortunately need to decline this compensation request today.
