I died in a car accident and whilst waiting for medics the server has a mass kick. I had some other stuff but I have no proof of it.

From the two images that you have posted it is clear that you have been kicked off the server whilst downed and lost your items.

I am unable to confirm the "Rco" but it seems you have miscalculated the overall price and have also missed a few items from your compensation request.
