Please provide full detail and evidence: I spawned a Hemett Box at Airport Garage and it spawned in and killed me. The HUD of the "waiting for respawn" then disappeared, replaced with nothing but a black screen.
In evidence, 10:49 is where it starts, but uploaded the other 11 minutes to show gear etc.
