I will need some more specific information. 

When was the last time you had seen the items still in your house? 

When did you notice the items from your house where missing?

Probably around about 6pm-7pm.

I work until 5pm, so it would have definitely after 5pm. 100%

Due to the extensive amount of Compensation Requests an elaborate investigation has been conducted and the conclusion to that investigation is that you have in fact lost items you state you have. 

Therefore, compensation will be issued today for the following; 

• x1 Machine Pistol
  
• x1 Heavy Pistol
  
• x1 50cal Pistol
  
• x146 Pistol Ammo
  
• x178 SMG Ammo
  

We were unable to prove the following;

• x1 Combat PDW
  
• x200 SMG Ammo
  

Therefore we're unable to compensate that today.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
