Please provide full detail and evidence: I usually have a lot of Issues with falling through the map a lot as it does not always load in properly or something or other. We went to Cayo to pick Bananas for my shop and we fell through the map and basically drowned.

Can I ask, why did you respawn early and not wait the full hour for staff to come assist you, or log off after creating a ticket notifying staff & waiting until the next day where staff could've assisted you then?

I created a ticket at 2:06AM and had asked for help in OOC as well. We wait a little while and got no response in OOC or the ticket. (Which I understand because it was late)
I then got a response in the ticket at 4:44AM. I have common occurrences with this happening with me but not with planes only really with cars. The reason I never waited is because logically I thought its late and wont get a response and I wanted to continued my RP experiences. The reason I didnt log off once downed is because I didnt want to risk the chance of getting banned with combat logging as i'm already on a 6 months cool down.

However, next time, wait the full hour in case a staff member is able to respond before you bleed out. I recognise & understand that it was late & the liklihood was slim, but you never know so don't force respawn. 

In cases where you need to log off, you'd most likely already have a ticket open by this point so just notify us that you've logged off & we'll be able to provide assistance once someone reviews the ticket - you don't need to force respawn.
