Please provide full detail and evidence: I was flying to rebal outpost and clipped the back of my orca then crashed and the medic got 50m away from me and was gonna revive me and i got kicked for no reason my ping was fine but just got kicked

Alrigh, @LayLis now i have discussed with some other staff members aswell and we come to the conclusion that this compensation request is refused. The reason for this is that this is a client side issue in terms of your internet connection at the time. We can hear the lag in ts/discord in the backround and this is not our responsebility.

...and here are the things we are unable to compensate:

• Housing Storage Boxes ( Completely at your own risk - Most peoples are 'trouble free') Anything stored in storage ( Again at your own risk ) 
  
• Houses/Garages (They auto expire after 60 days of not logging on)
  
• Requests of under £100K when you have more than 1 million in your account.
  
• User Error ( You accidentally pressed the wrong button or you jumped out a window)
  
• Client Issues ( Your Arma 3 crashed - This is your own responsibility) <---- THIS ONE
  
• Server 2 and/or 3 going offline past 12am (Yes it will happen without warning and it is up to you to switch to S1)
