Please provide full detail and evidence: We was driving towards the gold buyer by the airfield and then the server got some really bad desync and we crashed and blew up with the 66 gold bars... (no idea why the sound is not working)

To me, this looks like you get a common known bug called 'the one fps bug' (Memory crash) that caused the truck to desync back and blow up because your truck froze in the middle of the road.

Because of this, your Compensation will be Accepted for the total sum of £6,600,000 as we do not compensate the extra cost for skills.

Your compensation will be transferred into your account when our next wave of compensations are completed
