From the videos you provided, I can see that you were about to be taken into pillbox to be checked in (…and revived), you were then teleported to a location out of bounds in which you shortly bled out.

Obviously this wouldn't have happened under normal circumstances.

For this I happy to compensate you for all the items you lost on this death.
