Allright this is a bit of a weird bug, seems to only happen if the server lags while two people are purchasing the vehicle at the same time. (something that will be resolved in the new dealerships scripts).

As per the compensation request.
I have confirmed in the logs that @Mick surfpurchased the vehicle first and the money was actually subtracted from his account.
@Nebbpurchased the vehicle second but the money was never subtracted from his account, however he still received ownership of the vehicle.

Therefore, the vehicle will be transfered over to @Mick surf. (You can find it in legion upper)
