Compensation Request: Missing Taru and Strider

Me and my friend Ian Member were playing for several hours gaining caps to buy a taru and a strider we actually managed to purchase them and took them to our base and at 6pm GMT i logged off to eat and when i came on at 8:40pm on the 7/2/16 they were gone, i did record our session and my friend Ian did lock all them before he logged off.

Here is footage of the Taru and Strider note they are actually in our base boundary of 30m.

BTW we were on Altislife.co.uk #4 server that runs the exile mod
