Please provide full detail and evidence: I was playing on the first server I was at the UMNC border and i had lag for like 30-50 sec. then suddenly i wake up on the ground after 10 sec the guy next to me gets killed too and then I got kicked from the server .

Yes , the exact time when i was kicked was : 19:40 ( my time ) but i got killed at 19:38 ~ 19:40 .

Alright you died due a hacker on the server, i checked and you got indeed kicked 5:40 uk time. that was 2 minutes before the attack. 
We only compensate for the gear where we get evidence of, so if i see that picture. i can only compensate for the gun and clothing, not the magazines.
