Please provide full detail and evidence: I first saw an unlocked police vehicle so I decided to repair it and take it back to the PD before someone else took it, I decided to follow them until I could send a dispacth in to the police letting them know that one of their police vehicles is being stolen, when getting close to devils bend the driver decides to turn around, I look behind and see a Hemett box approaching so I pull over to the side of the road to let him pass me, when on the side of the road he vdms me, killing me, then he decided to repeatedly my vehicle until it explodes.
