Please provide full detail and evidence: hello, firstly good day to you



Today i went to the casino with a few friends, after placing my bet and receiving my first card the dealer then turns to give the player next to me his card but instead she places them on the same pile as mine
i then notice that the card counter said 50 instead of my actual card number this confused me to which i then noticed that the person sat next to me was teleported or
desynced/bugged into the same seat as me causing even more confusion, i put in a ticket and submitted my video to the discord report page and the person who dealt with it told me to report the bug and to say here what happened

the video shows it all, it was trippy haha anyway kind regards and i look forward to your reply

Hello there!​

Do you have a video of the player "teleporting" into your chair?​
 
unfortunately that is where the clip started when i pressed f7 @0.3-4 seconds in the clip you can see inside the other players head and a bit further in the video you can see his cards merged with mine when the dealer handed the cards out. kind regards and thank you for the quick response have a great day.

 
Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do for you as this could have been player error without the proof it actually happened.​

Unless we can we can see and prove the "bug/glitch" we are not able to compensate.​

I appreciate yourself and your friends have lost however without any proof you lost due to a game fault rather than a player fault,​

I will not be compensating this request today.​

This issue is currently being discussed, I advise you take care when these things occur and compensation requests generally require a minimum of 3 minutes showing the pre and post context to your complaint.​
