i opened a ticket today about this issue but new footage has came to light and provides a better view of what happened
in clip 1 you can see that my friend has somehow bugged into the same chair as me and this effected the following
- the cards i could see
- my view
- the card counter is bugged at 50
- his cards and my cards was merged and bugged
at the start of the video you can see him bugged on the same chair as me and
at 35 seconds in clip 1 you can see as the player next to me is about to get his second card it teleports/desyncs him back into my chair

in clip 2 you can see me and then you can see my friend get teleported into my chair
you can clearly see that we are both bugged in the same chair and at one point you can see us both sat down

I believe that this is a bug or a desync issue and it did effect my gameplay and i would like to ask if staff could take a relook over this now that I have more evidence
