Please provide full detail and evidence: Good day, tonight we were at the casino playing a bit of blackjack and I went to double down on a 50k bet, as you can see in the clip I place the chips on the table but my 3rd card doesn't get dealt and I lose my bet resulting in me losing my chips. I am unsure if it was 50k or 100k I lost due to the double down but I'm sure if possible you can check this via the logs, thank you for looking over this. kind regards.

After reviewing the clip provided and consulting with other staff, we have decided this will be ACCEPTED - but will be a ONE OFF. 

You should be more careful in future when placing bets - especially to the timer. As the dealer was moving onto the next person at the end of the timer, you had doubled down your bet thus cancelling out the further animation between you and the dealer, not giving you your card. 

Therefore you will be compensated the following for both your bet and the double down;
