Please when you fill these out make sure the times and dates are correct. 

I will be compensating you the £50,000 for the Dodgy DR fee because yes he broke the rule for NVL. 

You will however not be getting compensated for something you did NOT have. We compensate on something we are sure is yours and not something you COULD have gained. There are too many factors involved, too many 'what ifs'.
