Please Provide Full Details: I popped a portable speaker on a stack of wooden 6x6" fence posts to play some lovely Slavic trap music to my colleagues.

The speaker spawned correctly then slipped through the wood onto the floor below, I tried to collect it with my eye and could see the edge of it but no luck - that thing was lost.

I have reviewed your evidence and can see you did indeed lose the speaker due to an issue where it spawned corrently but then fell through the "gap" very odd indeed.. Due to this:
