  4. Please provide full detail and evidence: Modded a Scooby that i just purchased.
    Put tinted windows on, lowered suspension, xeon lights and a colored license plate.
    Stored the car, done some other work, logged off, came back to the game a few hours later.
    When i got the car out the suspension, lights and windows had reverted but the plate had kept its changes.
    Went to the garage to check and it still shows as applied but not visible in game, also some of the modifications that was originally available are missing such as the suspension. Unsure if the game bugged out on the first time in the garage that allowed me to buy the suspension, or if it got buggy after.
    With the evidence its in two clips as when i purchased the items i was streaming then logged off after a while, i returned but just screen captured instead.

Hello Roo,

First of all my apologies for the delay with processing your compensation request. After reviewing both video clips it is apparent to me that the upgrades which you purchased were no longer active on your vehicle once you went back to attempt to reapply them. It is due to this that I am willing to award full compensation for the listed upgrades.

Total amount of compensation Due: £6,625

Please be patient as only some members of staff are able to issue the compensation

 
Your compensation request has been approved however your money is currently being transferred to your bank account.

To speed up this process make sure you are not in game currently and make sure to respond to the member of staff if they are awaiting your response.
