Unfortunately, from the clips provided, I can't confirm if the tree was lost to a bug or was stolen.

Do you have any additional information that could assist? Otherwise I'm afraid I'll have to decline.

The guy that was driving in circles outside, he didn't steal it. I was also informed that if you leave the area of where its at, then it disappears. Of course I did not know this otherwise I'd have picked it back up. No one else was in the area except that guy in the club, so it couldn't have been stolen.

Edit: I'm sure you can check the logs to see that the Christmas tree wasn't picked up off the ground and it just vanished
