When retrieving your vehicle, it appears with a 'local car' vehicle plate - meaning it hadn't spawned in fully yet. The items were placed there, but was later updated with the actual inventory - Resulting in the 7 Cocaine (Bagged), 33 Cut Cocaine, 56 Plastic Bags, 1 Diamond and 3 Weed Indica (Bagged) to be overwritten. 

(Your bagged drugs will be reimbursed in the form of 'Drug' + 'Plastic Bag').

I'll be issuing you compensation for the lost items, but please be mindful of this in future - always ensure your car has fully spawned in by confirming the license plate.
