What do you keep doing to your Alpha Romeo, it genuinely hates you, huh? At this point I'd get a new one, or better scrap that one. 
I've never seen someone have so many issues with a car as much as you've, maybe a worth a bug report?
 

After checking and making sure everything checks out, it did indeed "poof'd". (AGAIN-AGAIN) (Please no 4th time, I beg of you, this is getting ridiculous) 

The money will have to be used to re-buy the assets that you've purchased prior. (Colored Headlights) 

So I'm going to be issuing you compensation for the total value lost:
