Sorry for such a late reply! 

Quick question, were you always the original owner of said vehicle? 
Or was it owned prior by someone else? If so, could you provide me the name of the person?

I have always been the original owner, i won the car in an auction a couple of months back.

First of all sorry for such a late reply, I hope it was worth the wait! 
After some digging around and looking further, they indeed disappeared. 
The person that upgraded the vehicle was Dillian Kodak hence why I couldn't find it. epega moment: 

After checking and making sure everything checks out, it did indeed "poof'd". 

The money will have to be used to re-buy the assets that you've purchased prior. (Colored Headlights) 

So I'm going to be issuing you compensation for the total value lost: 

 - £276,960
