Don't mean to jump onto your claim but when I went to the city hall to get my compensation I had the choice to take yours aswell. I left it there so maybe it got assigned incorrectly? 

It had all the items in your claim.

For future reference, the best way to contact us when stuff like this happens would be trough a ticket on Discord, or in the Join For Support Room on TeamSpeak.

I have just checked and it was indeed assigned incorrectly. I have re-issued the compensation request so you should now be able to pick it up.

@Jack SmithIf you can make a ticket on Discord please linking this compensation request, will be able to take care of the items that were wrongfully assigned to your profile.
