Please provide full detail and evidence: I'll try keep this short for the staff who review this I was made aware by Stuart that staff will need to share opinions and make a joint decision on this request prior to it being posted.
A while ago I had a vehicle scrapped due to an altercation I had with the police involving a few friends and myself. During this situation I had ran over an officer with my Mercedes A45, not long after I had been arrested and the car was consequently scrapped. This would be perfectly understandable but after seeing the evidence that was used to scrap the vehicle I was concerned due to rules being broken. It was blatant most officers involved had broken server rules that led to me being arrested. I feel like the scrapping of the vehicle happened purely due to the rules being broken. If these officers did not break these rules they would not have been in the position to arrest me and consequently scrap the car. Here is why
1. They would not have been able to ID me from the evidence presented. I had previously not met any of the police officers involved within RP as Jay Richardson. Therefore the evidence that they had put forward would not have been able to identify me appropriately without the arrest.
2. It was clear there was not enough officers on duty that were able to attend due to them being either incapacitated due to the situation prior or busy with other calls, multiple times during the clip provided from an individual that was banned for breaking the metagaming rule within this situation it is heard that the officers involved do not have enough units for whatever reason. Until multiple police officers present in the Teamspeak call metagamed the situation and decided to log on in an attempt take action against us.

50s - "I would not approach it because they've got 4 of them in there" - Also under the illusion we are armed with guns.
1.15 - They are aware we have downed multiple firearms
1.55 - "we need more people" - Donny (Aware Bart is logging on)
2.20 - No one is on the frequency to respond and it is mentioned that they should wait for firearms potentially referring to Bart knowing he is going to be logging on shortly.
3.47 - "I want more units before we do anything"
3.55 - "I'm on my way" - People in game are now aware that Bart (Firearms) also breaking a rule by logging on at the time to take action. After this Donny is happy to proceed and try make his move on us when he arrives.
