The date when this happened: 04/05/21
Please provide full detail and evidence: I purchased a phantom truck including all upgrades from ingame name: Juan Culo & phone# 267-5285 I transferred £100,000 to his wallet and he gave me the logbook and I stored it right after at the Public Parking between Power St. & Clinton Ave this was at approximately 05/04/2021 11:45 AM, then upon 4 PM restart I did have the truck back in my impound, at approximately 7:57 PM my truck got stolen from the Tackle Marine just before the major 20 minute update, upon rejoining the server after restart I got stuck connecting to the server as many people were as well and I believe this was the cause of the loss of my truck, now two whole restarts later it is nowhere to be found, my other vehicles show up fine between restarts, I've checked every Public Parking spots previously stored and also around where it was stolen including the two impound options, sadly I didn't get a screenshot of the license plate or anything else meaningful, this truck means a lot to me and took a lot of effort getting it, I would love to have it back in my possession as soon as possible.
