This suggestion is probably more applicable to mechanic, than the other jobs, such as food/fuel delivery.
I feel that the renting of vehicles should have a cooldown of ~30seconds, to prevent the mass spawning of flatbeds when someone holds spacebar to jump (or any other event which causes 10 trucks to spawn in a millisecond). The 30 second cooldown is substantial enough to stop people spawning lots in and creating explosions, but also not too long, should people legitimately have a need for a second rented vehicle so soon after.
