Could the police PLEASE ask the people if the ARAC is on the way, before repairing their vehicle...

This happened already a few times before...

btw. I'm still wondering why the police and NHS never need repair. - yet I only saw them logging out instead of asking the ARAC -.-

We never need repair because our vehicles come with two repair kits, and we can get them from the station for free - we can't spend 20 minutes sitting around in a field waiting for ARAC when we are trying to catch criminals, also we are here to protect and serve, if a civilian needs his car repairing and we have some spare time/toolkits then we will help!

Like Agent said. You need to remember if there is a car on the side of the road crashed we do need to check it out cause the person may be injured or dead then we need to check it out. But if it's just a small crash and no one is hurt 8/10 we do ask them to contact ARAC. Again what Agent said there are bigger stuff out there for us to be fixing a small car crash.

Yes, you can check if the people are ok. But I write to the people who have requested the ARAC, that I'm on the way. So you can simply ask them if an ARAC is already on the way to repair their car. Or at least you can say to them, that they should write back that the ARAC is no more needed, so that I don't need to drive there and wait 10 minutes until they write back that their car already was fixed...

This is why in my response message, I always include the line "If you no longer require ARAC assistance, please contact me directly"
