Description of what happened:
Got told by my friend there was a man with a big gun with him and he needed help. I flew over to him, hovered to see what happened and then out of no where he shot and killed me the pilot which killed me other friends. He then also combat logged when he died from the explosion as well.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:
Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
2E) Logging/Combat logging at any point where you are in RP is exploiting. Some examples of this: during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting medic, logging to save gear, logging while ziptied (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal*)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
I went to ask the man to come onto teamspeak to try and talk with him, but he as you can see combat logged and was not on teamspeak.
