Crazy character models

Anyone else experiencing this since the update last night?

 It seems like some of the character models have become distorted.

This happens to me when i have a huge  lag spike. The game just goes crazy

Only started last night for me. Never seen it before the update. We tested it and it was fine when you take your clothing off?
